Who We Are

Established in 1998, IS Networks are a team of experienced web site design professionals and programmers. Our skills include database design and configuration, web site design, and application programming. A key skill is understanding your existing processes and problems and building a technical solution that both solves the problem and improves your processes.

We have over 10 years experience in designing web sites and e-commerce solutions that can link into existing back-office management and fulfillment systems. We work with small businesses, SMEs, commercial organisations and public sector bodies alike.

What We Do

We design and build web sites and online database solutions using our own modular framework, Internet Application Management Infrastructure (IAMI).

IAMI enables us to deploy standard and bespoke solutions quickly and cost-effectively. We specialise in rescuing organisations from Excel Hell - where operations have outgrown attempts to manage process using spreadsheets and independent, isolated databases.

We can host, manage and support your solution on our own servers and train your people to get the most out of it .

1. Strategy

We build strong relationships with our clients and we are entirely focused on helping you achieve your objectives. We believe in ourselves and in what we do, are professional, open and honest.

2. Concept

Critical to the success of any project is a clear vision of what you want to achieve. We will work with you to turn your concept into reality. We'll understand your objectives and drivers, and take time to learn about your organisation, its processes and issues. We can work with your existing processes or help you devise new ones that will have a tangible impact on your operations. We'll help you specify your functional requirements and define the critical success factors.

3. Design

We have the flair to turn your concept into a working design that will deliver on its promises. We�ll draw up a specification that meets your individual requirements. We can use off-the-shelf or bespoke components to deliver precisely the functionality you need, and can preserve your valuable legacy data and back-load it into your new system to provide seamless integration. We can link your new system into external applications e.g. Sage for financial integration.

4. Implementation

We use our development framework to build your solution quickly and cost-effectively. Our own Internet Application Management Infrastructure (IAMI) development toolkit underpins all our solutions whether bespoke or off-the-shelf. Its modular components mean we can deploy solutions quickly and at low cost. All our solutions are delivered through a standard web browser ensuring ease of access and ease of use to deliver rapid results.

5. Inlife Support

Our commitment to you continues beyond the handover date. Our solutions are deployed and hosted on our own servers so we provide ongoing support and management. We will train you to get the most out of your new system and exploit its capabilities, analyse feedback and review and refine the design to ensure it keeps up with your evolving needs. In short, we will continue to work with you to ensure the solution keeps delivering what you expect from it.

Community Software

Occasionally, we find we have to write a small utility which we think others might find useful.

We have benefitted from the generosity of other shareware and freeware programmers, and enjoy this opportunity to put something back into the global programming community.
