Internet Application Management Infrastructure (IAMI)
We have developed IAMI as a modular framework to help us deliver new applications on-time and on-budget. IAMI contains many standard building blocks, which means we can concentrate development time on the special needs of our customers. If standard, off-the-shelf software does not fully meet your requirements now, it almost certainly will not in the future. Using a solution from IS Networks and IAMI you have ability to tailor software to match your business processes, and a path for growth whereby your software can adapt as your business needs evolve.
The standard modules in IAMI are growing daily. Here are selected examples:
The Site Pages module is a complete Content Management System, which allows you to edit and publish your web site pages on line. We design the basic template; you fill in the details. |
A comprehensive, and highly customisable CRM package, which integrates with other IAMI modules such as Mailmaker and Questionnet. No more transferring name lists between programs - with your customer database in IAMI, CRM becomes easy, efficient and manageable. |
For many years, Questionnet has been a separate, standalone product. It has now been added to the IAMI portfolio, adding a sophisticated on-line survey and questionnaire builder to the feature list. Questionnet includes complex question filtering and skipping, and can be used to build questionnaires which your customers complete themselves, or used as a telephone interviewing aid. The incredible Mailmaker module makes e-mail shots and newsletter distribution as easy as it could possibly be. Email templates are constructed using the same design interface as used for building site pages, then merged with your CRM data and distributed with a single button click. |
This is our standard e-commerce module. It includes a full-featured shopping cart, customer accounts, wish lists and an on-line payment interface to the merchant service of your choice (Protx, NetBanx, WorldPay, HSBC, etc). There is a complete suite of back-office pages for inventory management and order processing. |
The Events Manager is for any society or organisation which runs regular events, such as lectures, workshops, tutorials or entertainment. It allows you to publicise your event and take bookings for places on-line. A comprehensive set of back-office functions are provided to help you manage your events. |
A Forms Builder is available, which is capable of creating complex sub-forms for data capture. Used in conjunction with the Reports module, it's possible to build complete logging and auditing systems, such as those needed for Health and Safety, QA and other compliance systems |
The Reports module works in conjunction with the Forms builder described above. Data is entered via forms, and the Reports module allows you to extract and analyse this data. |
The Documents Manager allows you to build an on-line document library. Ideal for Safety and QA manuals, or Technical Support documents. It features version control and handles most popular document types, including PDFs, Microsoft Office documents and various image formats. |
The Club module is a package of functions for small clubs or organisations with a membership. It features a simplified events manager, newsletter sign-up, and a message board. |
The Users and Usergroups modules allow you to specify who has access to what in your IAMI configuration. Access rights can be specified for any group, and you can specify your own hierarchy, which means that control over access rights can be delegated down the chain of responsibility. |
